ZeroTrusted AI goes far beyond the guardrails that many AI firewalls rely on. Traditional guardrails mainly mask or anonymize sensitive data before it reaches an AI system. The platform takes this further with an AI Judge that reviews every piece of information flowing in and out of models and agents. By keeping full context, it enforces governance requirements such as NIST, HIPAA, or PCI across all interactions, regardless of which type of model or database is involved. This includes monitoring new modes of interaction such as MCP and AI-to-AI transactions, where agents exchange information without a human in the loop. ZeroTrusted AI maintains a full chain of custody over these exchanges, ensuring organizations know exactly what their AI is accessing and can intervene if needed.

The platform is anchored by three major components. The first is a real-time gateway that operates through reverse and forward proxies and detects and regulates all AI activity. It identifies shadow AI embedded into applications, security relevant events, and stops unauthorized usage. The second component is a guardrails engine that prevents sensitive data from being uploaded into AI systems. These rules can be drawn from extensive pre-built governance frameworks or customized to align with organizational policies. The third component is the AI Health Check, which establishes baselines for models and agents and monitors them over time. It detects prompt injection, adversarial training, and one of the most critical risks: data drift. By catching shifts in output quality, the platform protects customer interactions and mission-critical processes from silent degradation.

The leadership team reflects this balance of security and strategy. Krush draws on years of experience in military signals analysis, red and blue teaming, and cryptography. He previously built and sold a cybersecurity company to Motorola Solutions. His co-founder, Femi Fashakin, combines the perspective of a world champion poker player with a mathematician’s rigor, applying game theory to questions of trust and risk. Together, they have built a platform that has already caught the attention of Gartner, Product Hunt, and industry groups recognizing its work in privacy, reliability, and ethics.
